Angular Developer required to work with a large Telco organisation. This is a 6 month contract, paying £630 per day, inside IR35, hybrid working (1-2 days onsite as required in London)

As an Angular Developer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge web applications using Angular framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

• Proficiency with JavaScript and HTML5
• Deep knowledge of Angular practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience.
• Angular Routing
  • Angular HTTP Client
  • Angular Testbed and Jest
  • Angular CDK
  • Renderer2
  • Control Flow Syntax
  • Dependency Injection (Providers, Singletons, Standalone)
• Demonstrable experience working with Headless CMS using both REST and GraphQL
• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
• Ability to provide SEO solutions for single page apps (Angular SSR/Scully/NextJS/Nuxt)
• Critical Rendering Path

  • Performance Optimisation
• Extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods
• Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system.
• Validating user actions on the client side and providing responsive feedback
• Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading parallel async, when needed
• Creating custom, general use modules and standalone components which extend the elements and modules of core Angular.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Deployment: Participate in the deployment process and ensure smooth deployment of Angular applications to production environments.
• Optimization: Optimize Front End performance through code refactoring, browser caching, and other optimization techniques.

• Experience as a Digital Software Engineer in cross functional team.
• Have a proven track record of creating ideas in a similar organisation.
• Be able to understand user feedback and analytics to make informed decisions.
• A good understanding of product life cycles and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to provide clear, concise, accurate, and timely communication (verbal and written) to the right audiences.
• Be proficient and effective in working with Jira and Confluence.
