A Developer should be hands-on on Salesforce coding skill and well versed with custom and integration development. Must have hands-on Lightning experience. Should have the skills of an analyst, and under general supervision of a technical lead, provide technical expertise in SF, development, coding, testing, and debugging.


? Responsible for coding and configure the system based on the design and architecture.

. Hands-on experience on Lightning components, pages, Aura framework etc.

? designing and implementing integration architectures for data and process integration with other non SF systems.

? Collaborate with Stakeholders and SFDC Architects to understand the implementation requirements and deliver with quality

? Hand on development of solutions built on then SFDC platform using Apex and VisualForce.

? Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development.

? SFDC production support, Ongoing project based development and enhancements.

? In collaboration with the functional team and under supervision of the technical lead, blueprint the technical design for the salesforce application considering all the functional, technical, non functional and integration needs of the application

? Lead responsibility in code development and integration of the application for specific modules.

? Lead a team of SFDC developers

? Responsible for code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting during the project process.

? At the end of the test phase, responsible for delivering a fully working technical solution to the project manager and client.

Primary Skill & Exp

? At least 8 year of Salesforce Implementation experience

? Minimum 7 years in Salesforce coding experience is must.

? 3 year of Integration experience on platform.

? Must have experience working on at least 4 implementations around sales, service cloud for large enterprises that involved significant customizations using the platform.

? Deep and extensive knowledge, experience of technical platform including apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce etc. Knowledge of advanced visualforce components, Chatter API etc.

? Extensive understanding of the data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items.

? Good knowledge of salesforce recommended best practice around design and development.

? Must possess at least Dev 401 certification.

? Extensive experience working in an onsite/offshore model.

? Solid understanding of Object Oriented development and design, experience in using design patterns and ability to write clean, well-refactored maintainable code.

? Deployment using complex enterprise release management and knowledge of Metadata API.

? Build integration and interfaces using SFDC Web Services API

? Experience configuring and customizing functional areas of the Sales Cloud

? In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, and Triggers, etc.

? Experience with the APEX data loader, web services API

? Familiarity with ANT and Eclipse tools for working with the IDE

? Experience should include creating custom user interfaces with VisualForce, developing custom business logic in APEX (Triggers and Classes), writing test classes, and Candidates should possess excellent problem solving skills.


? SFDC 501 certification.

? Experience in Agile/XP methodologies.

Candidates should be flexible/willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementing software systems. Experienced programmers are also responsible for interpreting architecture and design, code reviews, mentoring, guiding and monitoring programmers, ensuring adherence to programming and documentation policies, software development, testing and release.

Required Skills and Experience:

Write software programs using specific programming languages/platforms such as Java or MS .NET, and related tools, platform and environment. Write, update, and maintain computer programs or software packages to handle specific jobs, such as tracking inventory, storing or retrieving data, or controlling other equipment. Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes. Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. Write, analyze, review, and rewrite programs, using workflow chart and diagram, and applying knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logic. Write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end users. Correct errors by making appropriate changes and then rechecking the program to ensure that the desired results are produced. Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct. Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program. Investigate whether networks, workstations, the central processing unit of the system, and/or peripheral equipment are responding to a program's instructions. Prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams that describe input, output, and logical operation, and convert them into a series of instructions coded in a computer language. Perform systems analysis and programming tasks to maintain and control the use of computer systems software as a systems programmer. Consult with and assist computer operators or system analysts to define and resolve problems in running computer programs. Perform unit testing Assist in system and user testing Fix errors and bugs that are identified in the course of testing.

? Qualifications: 3-9 years experience; Bachelor's degree

? Should be proficient in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.

? Should have progressing skills on Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
